Beauty Bulb may refuse or withdraw accreditation where an applicant does not meet our criteria or where attendance is not considered appropriate for the Event.
5.4 Service providers and industry professionalsService providers, agencies, consultants, suppliers and other industry professionals may be required to purchase the appropriate attendee ticket unless they participate under an approved exhibitor, sponsor, partner or other commercial package.
5.5 ReclassificationIf we reasonably believe you have registered under the wrong category, we may:
-
request further information;
-
change your attendee category;
-
require payment of the applicable ticket price;
-
cancel a complimentary registration; or
-
refuse admission.
Where this results from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by you, no refund or compensation will be payable.
6. Right to Refuse Registration or AdmissionBeauty Bulb Live is a curated professional event.
We may reasonably refuse, cancel or restrict registration or admission where:
-
eligibility requirements have not been satisfied;

admission may create a legal, safety, security, reputational or operational risk;
-
an attendee intends to use a visitor ticket as a substitute for exhibiting or sponsoring;
-
the attendee has previously breached Beauty Bulb terms or Event rules; or
-
admission would otherwise materially undermine the professional nature or operation of the Event.
Where Beauty Bulb cancels a paid attendee registration before the Event for reasons unrelated to that attendee's breach or misconduct, we will normally refund the ticket price paid.
7. Tickets and Payment
7.1 Prices
Ticket prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and VAT will be added at the applicable rate.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.1 TransfersBeauty Bulb may, at its discretion, allow a registration to be transferred to another eligible individual from the same organisation.
The replacement attendee:
-
must meet the applicable eligibility requirements;

10.1 Postponement
If the Event is postponed, paid attendee tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
Where the change of date is material and the attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, Beauty Bulb may provide a reasonable period following notification of the new date in which the attendee may request a refund of the ticket price paid.
10.2 RelocationBeauty Bulb may relocate the Event where reasonably necessary.
A change to another reasonably comparable venue within the same general geographical area will not normally entitle an attendee to a refund.
10.3 Change to virtual-only formatWhere an Event originally sold principally as an in-person Event is changed to a virtual-only Event, a paid attendee who does not wish to participate in the replacement format may request a refund of the attendee ticket price.
Any request must be made within the period specified by Beauty Bulb following notification of the change.
Adding digital, online or hybrid functionality alongside the physical Event does not constitute a material change.
