Applications are reviewed to ensure the show remains relevant for the retailers, distributors and other industry decision-makers attending. The best fit is a professionally presented brand with clear retail, distribution or international growth ambitions.

Your package includes:

• A dedicated branded pod

• Pod production and printing

• Lighting

• Storage, delivery, installation and removal

• One high display table

• Two stools

• A tablecloth

• A dedicated digital platform listing through Q4 2026

You provide your print-ready artwork, display products and team. We take care of producing and installing your Brand Pod so that you can arrive ready to showcase your products.

The £4,950 + VAT Brand Pod fee includes your fully built branded pod, production, printing, storage, delivery, installation, furniture and removal.

The only optional extras are:

• A lead scanner, if you would like to capture and export attendee contact details

• A dedicated power socket, if you require electricity at your Brand Pod

Shared device-charging areas will be available at the event, and we recommend bringing a fully charged power bank for added convenience. If you need a continuous or guaranteed power supply for equipment on your pod, you should order a dedicated power socket.

Neither optional service is required.

Before the show, exhibitors and buyers will be able to create profiles, identify relevant contacts and request meetings through the event app.

Meetings depend on relevance, mutual interest and availability, so a meeting with any particular retailer cannot be guaranteed.

The Beauty Bulb team will review your brand for suitability and contact you to arrange a short introductory call.

The call gives us an opportunity to learn more about your brand, discuss your goals for the event and answer any questions you may have. If your application is approved and you wish to proceed, you will then receive the Exhibitor Agreement and booking information.

Submitting an application does not reserve a Brand Pod. Your place is secured once the Exhibitor Agreement has been signed and the booking requirements have been completed.

Brand Pod locations are allocated in the order signed Exhibitor Agreements are received.

Completing your agreement early gives you the best access to the remaining locations, although a particular position cannot be reserved before your booking is confirmed.

Absolutely. Beauty Bulb Live welcomes beauty and wellness brands from around the world seeking UK or international retail, distribution and partnership opportunities.

If you are unable to attend in person, we may also be able to support you with brand representation at the event. This is available by prior arrangement and subject to suitability, availability and an additional fee. Please speak to the Beauty Bulb team to discuss the options.

Confirmed exhibitors will receive artwork specifications, key deadlines, an Exhibitor Manual and onboarding support, including guidance on completing their profile and using the meeting platform.

After the physical show, your brand will remain listed on the Beauty Bulb Live digital platform through Q4 2026, helping you maintain visibility and continue conversations with buyers and industry professionals.
