Six researched strains at 20 billion CFU: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus,
Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lacticaseibacillus casei,
Bifidobacterium breve and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, with inulin as a prebiotic.
Alongside them, 500mg vitamin C, 25mg zinc citrate, milk thistle, green tea,
maca root, selenium and algal vitamin D3.

Vitamin C and zinc each contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Zinc also
contributes to normal acid-base metabolism. Selenium contributes to the
protection of cells from oxidative stress.
